What’s Holding You Back From Achieving Your Full Potential

If you have read the previous blog, I shared some words of affirmations and breathing exercises that can help you achieve significant vibrational changes in your body and attract more love and abundance in all areas of your life. In this blog, we will dive deep and take a look at the blockages and limiting beliefs that are keeping you from achieving your full potential and reaching your goals.

The main question that I want you to think about is:

“What’s Holding You Back?”

Think about this and remember the times when you felt like you wanted to do something but self-doubt and insecurities kicked in and you ended up not doing it. This happens to a lot of people and I know that it’s something that we all want to overcome. That is why I am sharing with you a powerful process so you can be confident and empowered to face your fears, let go of all your insecurities, self-doubt and most importantly, know yourself deeper so you can create the life that you want. 

Before we begin, here’s what I want you to do:

  1. Get a pen and some paper (Multiple pieces of paper if possible)
  2. Find a place where you have privacy and some space (this process goes deep so make sure you can move freely while you scribble and write your heart out)

 

Let’s start with a breathing exercise. Deep breath in and out, releasing any tensions and stresses of the day. Breathing in, breathing out and one more time breathing in and breathing out. 

Let’s begin.

First, I want you to imagine that you are in a beautiful place. A place where you can be the real you and ask yourself these questions:

  • What’s holding you back?
  • What beliefs do you have that are limiting your future?
  • What beliefs and ideas are you telling yourself that are making you hold back on your dreams, on your relationships, on what’s possible for you?

Dive deep and find the answers from within you because you are the only person who knows your truth and it’s time to acknowledge these blockages so you can move forward in life because there will come a day where if you haven’t taken action, you will look back with regret and trust me there is no greater pain than a life of regret and possibilities unexplored. So, pick up a piece of paper, pick up a pen and let’s explore. 

Now, after writing out all of the limiting beliefs and fears that you have been living with, it’s time to take those pieces of paper and rip them up – saying out loud that as you rip up these limitations and fears you are ridding them from your life. You are freeing yourself so that you can create a new reality.

After you have finished the cleansing above and binned the pieces of ripped paper – take 3 more deep breaths. Then take another piece of paper and pen and let’s begin writing what you really want in life without any limitations: 

  • What kind of life are you going to create for yourself? 
  • What will give you fulfillment and joy? 
  • What do you want to do? 
  • Do you want to live with integrity, honesty, with passion?
  • What is it that you want for your life?

 

Write everything down and as you do that, believe that it is possible. Believe that you can create the life you want and that you deserve all the good things in life. You are worthy.

This is your moment. Your chance to write about the life that you’ve always wanted to experience. Write it, reread it, speak it out loud, and know it is possible for you. 

Revisit this over and over and share this with all those you love, with anyone you feel who might even be remotely open during this process because it is so powerful for clearing out limitations that aren’t serving you and don’t need to be carried with you any longer. I wish you all of the abundance of joy and happiness that your heart desires.
